British Columbia Mountain Goat and Caribou Hunting

There are seven different alpine ranges within the area, most of which have mountain goats and mountain caribou on them. While flying between the different camps you can spot them on most ridges.

My crews and I have cut miles of hiking trails from the base of several fly-in lakes to get to the alpine so the goat/caribou hunting is relatively easy and quite productive. If you're in good shape you can be into the alpine within a couple hours in most locations. There are also several spots that you can drive to prior to starting your hike to the alpine.
